We gladly accept returns and exchanges for items that are unopened and unused, provided they are returned within 30 days of the purchase date. For holiday orders placed between December 1st and January 1st, returns are accepted up to 60 days from the purchase date.
International returns are welcome. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping fees and any reverse duties.
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Opened or used items
- Final sale products
- Gift cards
- Personalized items
- Products marked as "Non-Returnable"
- Hair that has been removed from its packaging, cut, styled, or colored
We reserve the right to decline returns that show signs of use or do not meet these guidelines.
